After finishing study at the University, section Fine Arts,
and the Academy of Arts (sculpture and painting),
Egon was living in Vienna, Austria and Zurich, Switzerland.
Now, she lives and works in Amsterdam.

MESSAGE

Welcome in the world of sophistical visionarism,
created by Egon Viebre.

Sophistical visionarism is a new conceptual art-form.
In the traditional conceptual movement, originated in the sixties,
the abstract idea, the concept is emphasized
- and not the visualisation of that idea.

In my world of sophistical visionarism
the abstract ideas are related also to immaterial projects and acts,
because they cannot be perceived with sense-organs.
Their visualisation becomes equal in value,
which I call "visionarism",
so that can be shown what is ordinary invisible.

In this manner,
the viewer as well as the creator can discover
this world in his own free and imaginative way.
